4 crew went out to run a pre-planned navigation exercise inside Mana Island, sea conditions over the bar and in the approaches to Porirua Harbour also supported heavy weather helm practise
The NAVEX was completed using GPS with some radar support. Hand bearing compass was used to determine safe tranzits and points to turn around the reef
