Prepared to move H28, wind gusting 25 to 30 knot NW.  Route to berth varable wind direction, vessel on inide corner of fairway sticks out by a metre making turning with NW hazardous.  Finger on Western side with vessel with prominent anchor protruding outside berth pole line.  Too high a risk to attempt so aborted.  Stopped at 2 x yachts with bad hallard slap and remedied.  Went through two fire drills and an abandon ship. Wind on increase by end of night gusting 40 knots NW.  Low tide at 1855 hours, 0.7M  1.4M draft.
