Curious yellow objects

A concerned resident phoned the police to inform them of 2 curious looking yellow objects about 600 metres off shore  between Archon Road and Shell Mana.  Coastguard put both its vessels out to look for them and quickly established that they were not in fact people on boogie boards, but in fact a newly placed bright yellow buoy.
